BLUE LACY DOUBLE BARREL WHISKEY
Distilled in Indiana and aged in Texas for over 5 years, we then transferred the whiskey into smaller, new virgin oak 30 gallon barrels with level 3 and 4 chars, proofed down just a bit with Texas spring water to bring out more notes of vanilla during the second barrel extraction. Once this whiskey reached 6 years old in total, what originally started as a Bottled-in-Bond project turned into a 104.1 proof whiskey, because we thought it created a more luscious mouthfeel with the perfect balance of fudge and citrus notes.

TALL GRANDPA WHISKEY
A rich and complex spirit, this unique blue corn bourbon is finished in French oak, giving it a rich and velvety texture with subtle notes of butterscotch and caramel. Entered into the barrel at a low proof, this bourbon has been able to extract the full flavor and character of the wood, resulting in a deep and complex taste profile, boasting a depth of flavor and a long, lingering finish.
